i’m pretty self conscious about how scrawny i am but really generally lazy and the negative reinforcement of exercise doesn’t help anything.
BUT i think push ups are a simple exercise that i can do daily to bulk up the region i most want to target (shoulder/arm/chest) so my goal is to train until i can do 100 consecutive push ups. i tested today and i can do 20. by the end, even if i haven’t satisfactorily bulked up, i will at least have a foundation to move onto weight training or something.
gonna post sporadic photo updates more to keep myself accountable than anything else.
